Our 2022 Pinot Noir was naturally fermented with 40% whole bunch. 28 days on skins before basket pressing to seasoned French oak for 18 months.
A complex Pinot Noir showing raspberry, blood plum and ground clove. A lifted palate of dark cherry and pomegranate leads into a savoury texture with fine grain tannins.
Production 120 dozen. Alc/vol 13%
