Our 2019 Pinot Gris was inspired by skin contact whites from North-Eastern Italy. Hand picked grapes underwent carbonic maceration before basket pressing and wild fermentation in barrel and tank.
A textural, copper hued Pinot Gris with concentrated spiced pear and blood orange. Soft savoury nuances with a gentle, lingering finish.
