Our 2021 Field Blend is a wild co-ferment of Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Hand picked fruit was basket pressed before extended lees contact over winter.
Aromatics of yuzu citrus and white blossom are followed by a palate of pink grapefruit and vibrant lemon pith. Wet stone minerality adds complexity to finish.
Production 112 dozen. Alc/vol 11%
